Daily Feeding Guide
- Ideal feeding quantities may vary by breed, age, activity level, body condition and neutered status, so the following information is a guide only. Adjust to suit your cat’s needs.
- Divide into 3-5 meals throughout the day as more frequent, smaller meals may help minimise hairball formation. Brush coat daily to remove loose hair. If your cat is known to have a severe hairball issue, we recommend a visit to your vet.
- LESS ACTIVE OR INDOOR CATS: Cats who have been neutered or spend most of their time indoors require less food to maintain a healthy weight.
- ACTIVE CATS: Cats who are lean, have access to the outdoors and are more active need an amount of food to match their active lifestyle.
- Make sure fresh water in a clean bowl is available at all times.
