We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you purchased an item by mistake, simply
return it within 14 days in its original condition for a full
reimbursement.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund to your credit
card, or nominated bank account. Once shipped, our returns policy above applies.
Dated Stock
We may offer out of date or short-dated stock for sale at a heavily discounted price.
An out of date or short-dated stock item generally occurs when an item has been specifically ordered for a customer who then alters their subscription.
Out of date means that todays date is after the stated best before date that is determined by the manufacturer.
Short-dated means that today’s date is within 3 months of the manufacturer’s best before date.
In both cases, the stock is heavily discounted for the customer.
Please note that there is no palatability warranty or refund/return available for these out of date or short dated stock items. Purchasing of these items is at the purchasers own risk
