It takes only a few minutes to register. Shop the items you need, add them to your cart and choose the subscription time period. Check out and become a member by simply completing the registration and entering your details.
Once a member;
- Choose your pet’s favourite food.
- Set delivery times (weekly, fortnightly, monthly or use the calendar to select delivery dates)
- Your pet’s favourite food is delivered on nominated days.
- Delivery is free. Free frozen delivery service is available in Auckland region.
No Contract. You can change products, food brands, delivery days or cancel our service at any time.
Pet Food Club service is Hassle Free Convenience – No wasting time at Supermarkets or Pet Stores or lifting and carrying bags and boxes or worrying about running out of food for your loved ones. Leave them to us! We do all the hard work for you.
2. Price Promise
We Promise our price to be the lowest – if you find the same product at prices lower than advertised on our website, not only will we match that price but discount it by further 10%.
We offer Top Brands Premium Natural Pet Food at everyday low prices.
Free delivery New Zealand wide. Frozen products are available only in Auckland.
Orders will be shipped on the day of order and payment. Subsequent subscription orders will be shipped on the same day depending on frequency of the subscription (weekly, fortnightly or monthly).
However, if you require your pet food delivered on a specific day, please advise us that day in the Order Notes on the checkout page. Your pet food is delivered by our courier on the day you nominated as the delivery date.
If for any reason you want to change the delivery date, please advise by email email@example.com at least 3 days prior to the delivery date.
We have hassle free return policy. If you purchased any item by mistake or error, please return them to us for reimbursement.
Items returned should be in condition of purchase and return should be made within 7 days of purchase.
