1. Login to your account and from your dashboard click Subscriptions option.


2. From the Subscription list select the Subscription you want to change by clicking the VIEW button.

3. On the Subscription page you are able to SUSPEND, CANCEL, RENEW IMMEDIATELY,  CHANGE PAYMENT and ADDRESS. To amend your subscription click the CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION button (if you have more than one product on your subscription, select the one you are wanting to change)


4. You will be redirected to that product page where you can select the size, frequency and quantity you now require. When you have made your selection click ADD TO CART, then VIEW CART by clicking button from the drop down that appears or the Cart icon at the head of the page.

5. At the Cart page you can check you amendments for the product, then click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and on the Checkout page click PLACE ORDER button.


6. On order Confirmation page you can VIEW the related subscription to check your new subscription details.


7.  Select RENEW NOW button if you are running low on food and want an existing subscription order dispatched immediately.

8.  Please contact us (sales@petfoodclub.co.nz) if you want change i.e. defer,  bring forward or set up a specific payment date for your orders.
